这两个词都表是“除了”，有时分辨不清。
besides通常表示“包括”，如同with，或plus（+）。
except表示“不包括”，如同without，或minus（-）。
例如：
Besides half a bottle of whisky, he drank three fins and some beer.
除了半瓶威士忌，他还喝了三杯杜松子酒和一些啤酒。（半瓶威士忌也包括在他所喝的内）
I like all drinks except whisky.(I don`t like whisky.)
除了威士忌，我什么酒都喜欢。（威士忌不包括在我所喜欢的就之内）
