我在一家网站上看到的：no matter的用法及其相关辨析如下：



（四）no matter who ／what ／which ／ whose与whoever、whatever、whichever、 whosever的区别：

1．前者为口语，后者为书面语；

2．两种结构均可引导让步状语从句，但前者语气较后者更为强烈。例如：

Whatever the matter may be，do your best．＝No matter what the matter may be，do your best．不管怎样，都要尽最大努力去做。

3．后者可引导主语从句和宾语从句，而前者不能。例如：

【误】No matter who did that should be punished．

【正】Whoever did that should be punished．不管是谁做了那件事，都要受到惩罚。

（五）no matter where ／when ／how与 wherever，whenever，however的区别。

1．后者可引导含有强调语气的地点、时间、方式等状语从句，前者则不能。例如：

Wherever he goes，he always takes a note- book with him．无论走到哪里，他总是带着笔记本。

2．两种结构均可引导让步状语从句，但前者语气较后者更为强烈。例如：

No matter where he may be，he will be happy．＝Wherever he may be，he will be happy．无论在什么地方，他都是乐呵呵的。

问题1：我在语法书上看到：例句：No matter who dose it ,I will not agree .= Whoever dose it ,I will not agree .
这点显然与上述相悖的：【误】No matter who did that should be punished．

【正】Whoever did that should be punished．不管是谁做了那件事，都要受到惩罚。
问题2： Wherever he goes，he always takes a note- book with him．无论走到哪里，他总是带着笔记本。 （上述认为该句是wherever引导的是地点状语从句，故其wherever 不可被no matter where 代替）
而我在语法书上看到：例句： No matter where he goes, he'll miss his mother. 我无论如何也看不出该句哪里不能用Wherever代替No matter where)

问题3： 从上面2个问题来看该网站的上述结论是错误的。（即：3．后者可引导主语从句和宾语从句，而前者不能。/ 后者可引导含有强调语气的地点、时间、方式等状语从句，前者则不能。）
你认为呢？
但也不能说全错，因为我觉得： In one's own home one can act however one wishes.像这种however 引导方式状语从句的就不可以被no matter how 代替。（应该是这样吧？）

另外我看下面2个例句从语感上讲我也认为不能用no matter + where /when 分别代替wherever/whenever。
Come whenever you like.
你什么时候想来就

. Wherever did you get that funny hat?
你到底从哪儿弄来这麽一顶怪帽子?

也就是说：“后者可引导含有强调语气的地点、时间、方式等状语从句，前者则不能。”这个结论是对的，只是该网站所举的例句不对头。




问题4： 上面的问题3指的都是no matter + 疑问副词的情况。 而no matter + 疑问代词的情况，如：Whoever said so? I said he might have whichever he liked. 这里也不能用no matter+疑问代词来代替。
所以我认为其实很简单，在有表让步意义的从句里 no matter + 疑问副词/疑问代词， 均可以被其相应疑问复合词所代替，而不表让步的情况时 相应疑问复合词均不可被 no matter + 疑问副词/疑问代词 所代替
而该网站的错误在于举的例句不对， 比如：【误】No matter who did that should be punished． 其实这句完全是个正确的句子。而Wherever he goes，he always takes a note- book with him．里的Wherever 也完全可以被no matter where代替。
另外也没讲清楚词性的区别：就是说 Wherever ,whichever ,whenever,等词除了有连词性以外，还有副词，代词（名词）的词性（不接从句）

而no matter 只能是连词（抛开matter 当‘关系，要紧’的词义不论）

问题５：你认为我的上述观点是不是都对？
