All Sample Yardage charges which worth 2% of your total annual turnover with ASL will be designated as FREE OF CHARGE SAMPLE YARDAGE.This will also include all screen-printing or any such developmental euipment.It should be based on each fiscal year ended March 31.

If the sample yardage requisition from ASL exceeds the 2% free of charge limit,in that case ASL must be notified with a formal nptice listing all the respective calculation and records and a request for a formal Purchase Order from ASL for this sample yardage,as without a formal Purchase Order duly signed by us,we will not recognize it.
