Recently, there is a research said that there are 50pecent have a bad habit ,which is not having breakfast .I think the problem is that they study late in the evening and want to sleep a little more in the morning. Or because their parents are too busy to make breakfast for them . Or some girls want to keep slim, so they don’t have breakfast. All above lead to some students feel sleepy in class all day , not paining good attention to their lessons so their records are always bad. I think breakfast is to our body what is fish to water .Because having breakfast can provide 30 percent energy for you and it can be good for your creative thought.
